We offer a full refund of the purchase price for products returned to us within 7 days, beginning on the day after you received your product. This guarantee is subject to the terms detailed below: -
- The 7-day Money Back Guarantee only applies to products purchased directly from us at www.gyminabox.la and if you want to avail of it, the products must be returned to us directly. The return address will be advised by our Customer Care Team: Info@gyminabox.la
- All returns require an authorization number which is issued by our Customer Care Team. To obtain an authorization number please contact us. Info@gyminabox.la
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- A return processing fee of $9.95 will be deducted from your refund.
- GYM IN A BOX™ products purchased from other retailers are subject to those retailers’ refunds and returns policy.
- Any products returned to us without an authorization number will not be refunded.
- All products are your responsibility until they are received by us, therefore we recommend that you use a secure and traceable shipping method. If we do not receive your returned product(s), you will need to file a claim with the postal service directly.

When will I receive my refund?
As soon as your returned product(s) are received by us, you will automatically be refunded, within 10 working days, to the method of payment used when you placed your order.
