- For sensitive skin, spray water on skin
- Hold power + button for 2 seconds to turn on device
- Use M button to cycle through 10 modes, starting with "+" until muscles contract
- Experiment with all 10 modes to find the right one. If discomfort, use "-" to decrease intensity
- Smart Apparel has 38 intensity levels, adjust for better experience
