MIGOSHI®️ – The Playful Power of Self-Awareness

How an invention from Germany is redefining how we understand personality and potential, and is now making its way into the world.

What if your next big upgrade wasn’t about your abs, but about your awareness?

In the heart of Baden-Württemberg, a region known for world-class engineering and brilliant innovation, German entrepreneur Sabine Oberhardt is redefining how we think about personal growth. Her tool, MIGOSHI®️, is the world’s first gamified personality analysis system. It offers a playful and intuitive way to explore your five core psychological needs and the invisible patterns that shape your decisions, relationships, inner strength, and energy.

For this pioneering achievement, Sabine Oberhardt was honored by the State of Baden-Württemberg and recognized as Inventor of the Year 2025.

She created MIGOSHI based on current psychological and neuroscientific insights. She combines science, coaching, and gamification into a unique experience that feels less like a diagnosis and more like a journey of discovery.

While MIGOSHI®️ has just launched in Germany, is now entering the Swiss market, and already making plans for further expansion, Nika’s World Magazine spoke with Sabine Oberhardt about resilience, potential, and why the path to true strength starts from within.

Interview with Sabine Oberhardt
Founder of MIGOSHI®️ and pioneer in personality diagnostics

Nika Cristiani:
Sabine, you developed MIGOSHI together with your son Eric Oberhardt, the first gamified personality analysis tool of its kind. What inspired you to bring gamification into diagnostics?

Sabine Oberhardt:
For over 25 years, I have worked with traditional diagnostic tools for executives and was even recognized as a market leader in this field. That long-standing, hands-on experience laid the foundation for the creation of MIGOSHI.

That is exactly why I developed MIGOSHI. It is a system that goes far beyond analysis. It reveals hidden potential and opens a pathway to the core of who we are through intuitive reactions.

In times of constant transformation, leaders need tools that reach them emotionally, reflect them honestly, and motivate them from within.

Nika Cristiani:
What makes MIGOSHI so unique, especially when it comes to resilience?

Sabine Oberhardt:
MIGOSHI not only identifies strengths but also uncovers unconscious blocks. It is based on our five psychological core needs: connection, autonomy, self-worth, orientation and control, and joy. When people understand these needs, they can build inner stability intentionally. Resilience is not a coincidence. It is the result of conscious self-leadership. MIGOSHI makes these mechanisms visible in a way that is fun, insightful, and memorable.

Nika Cristiani:
What exactly does a MIGOSHI experience look like?

Sabine Oberhardt:
You meet yourself, but in an entirely new way. MIGOSHI is an interactive experience. In a series of scenarios, you intuitively choose what resonates with you. The system already starts analyzing which needs are most dominant and what growth potential exists. The user feedback has been overwhelming. Many say they feel truly seen for the first time. That alone can be incredibly healing.

Nika Cristiani:
Sounds a bit like a wellness retreat for the soul…

Sabine Oberhardt:
Exactly. That was my goal. I have seen so many brilliant people get lost in endless analytical loops. MIGOSHI gives something back to the individual, self-trust. It is not about judgment, but access. It is about inner resources that have always been there, just not activated yet. MIGOSHI is not a mirror of your flaws. It is an invitation to unfold who you truly are.

Nika Cristiani:
If you could spark a global Mind Change, what would you want to shift?

Sabine Oberhardt:
I would wish for everyone to realize how much potential they already have, even if they are not fully aware of it. With MIGOSHI, we want to make this dormant potential visible. It is an essential step in the age of the AI revolution. Only then can we position ourselves for the future in the best possible way.

Nika Cristiani:
Will MIGOSHI be available internationally soon?

Sabine Oberhardt:
Yes, absolutely. We are now launching in Switzerland and are in talks with partners in several countries. My goal is to make MIGOSHI accessible worldwide, for companies, coaches, educational institutions, and for anyone who wants to understand themselves better and grow. We welcome everyone who wants to be part of this journey.
