All GYM IN A BOX™ products come with a 30 day Money Back Guarantee period which gives you great peace of mind.

-No returns, exchanges or money back for international orders-

We offer a full refund of the purchase price for products returned to us within 30 days, beginning on the day after you received your product.  This guarantee is subject to the terms detailed below: - 

  • The 30 - day Money Back Guarantee only applies to products purchased directly from us at GYM IN A BOX™ and if you want to avail of it, the products must be returned to us directly. The return address will be advised by our Customer Care Team: Info@gyminabox.la
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on SALE items or gift cards.
  • All returns require an authorization number which is issued by our Customer Care Team. To obtain an authorization number please contact us. Info@gyminabox.la
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • A return processing fee of $9.95 will be deducted from your refund.
  • GYM IN A BOX™ products purchased from other retailers are subject to those retailers’ refunds and returns policy.
  • Any products returned to us without an authorization number will not be refunded.
  • All products are your responsibility until they are received by us, therefore we recommend that you use a secure and traceable shipping method. If we do not receive your returned product(s), you will need to file a claim with the postal service directly.
  • All products returned to us for a refund must be returned at your own cost.
  • Damaged products will not be returned. They have to be in the original packaging.
  • International Shipping - Applicable taxes duties are the Customers responsibility
  • Utilizing a supplemental Discount code : Kindly be aware that once a discount code has been used, returns or exchanges will not be accepted and no money back can be issued.

How can I return a product?
If you wish to return a product to GYM IN A BOX™ you have a 30-day Money Back Guarantee period, beginning on the day after you received your product, to return it, subject to the terms outlined here.  

To return a product, please contact us to request a return authorization number, you will also be provided with the address to return your products to.  Please note, all products are your responsibility until they are received by us, therefore we recommend that you use a secure and traceable shipping method.  All products returned to us for a refund must be returned at your own cost. 

Do I have to pay to return a product?
Yes, the cost of returning products within the 30-day Money Back Guarantee period must be covered by you.
Please note that we recommend using a secure and traceable shipping method as all products are your responsibility until they are received by us. 

When will I receive my refund?
As soon as your returned product(s) are received by us, you will automatically be refunded, within 10 working days, to the method of payment used when you placed your order.
You will receive a confirmation email when the product has been refunded.  If the funds aren't appearing in your account, please wait a few days and check again, as some banks take a little longer than others for the funds to reach your account.

I haven't received my refund
You will receive a confirmation email when your product(s) have been refunded.  If you paid by card, please make sure you check your bank statement.

If you made your original payment with a card that has since expired or has been cancelled, please contact your bank.  Your refund will always be processed to your original method of payment and cannot be sent to another card.
If you paid using another payment method, please contact the payment provider to locate your refund.

Taxes and Duties for US and Rest of the World

Please note that ordering from other countries outside of the US, duties & taxes will apply!

Example: 

Germany is party to the European Union's Common Customs Tariff, therefore preferential rates apply to imports from countries which the EU has signed agreements with. Duties can arise up to 20 % of the original product price.

Can I exchange a product?
We're sorry, we do not offer an exchange service. However, you can simply return any unsuitable product to us for a full refund as per our Returns Policy and place a new order for the product(s) you want.

Wholesale / Customized Orders:

Customized orders are non refundable/ no returns are possible whatsoever.

Taxes and Duties for US and Rest of the World
For shipping inside of the state of California taxes of 9.75% are charged.
We don’t charge any taxes for shipping outside of the State of California and the rest of the world. However there might be local taxes and duties charged by some countries and regions in the world. These are the responsibility of the receiver and will be charged locally. GYM IN A BOX is not responsible for any of these Taxes or Duties. Please inform yourself locally for any local charges that might result in a purchase from the US.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Helpful Hint:  GYM IN A BOX is not responsible for returns until they reach our Distribution Center in CA. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery,  GYM IN A BOX will not issue store credit for your returns.
