Our Smart Apparel features ToneUp15®️ MicroCurrent Technology, which stimulates and contracts your muscles while you train. It's simple to use – just charge the controllers with the included USB cable, attach them to the apparel using the snaps, and lightly spray water on the inside of the apparel and on all electrode pads. If you have sensitive skin, we recommend spraying your skin as well.
To turn on the power, hold down the on/off button for two seconds and adjust the intensity and mode with the M button. Start with lower intensities and work your way up to find the perfect mode for you. If you experience any discomfort, simply decrease the intensity with the "-" button.

Simply follow these easy steps to begin your training:
1. Charge controllers using the supplied USB cable.
2. Fasten the controllers to the shirt and pants using the snaps on the sleeves and pants .
3. Spritz some water onto the inside of the Smart Apparel and all electrode pads.
4. For those with sensitive skin, we recommend spraying water on your skin as well.
5. Hold down the power button for two seconds to turn on the device.
6. Use the M button to cycle through the 10 different toning modes, starting with the "+" button until you feel your muscles contract.
7. Experiment with all 10 modes (1-10) to find the perfect one for you. If you experience any discomfort, use the "-" button to decrease the intensity.
8. The Smart Apparel offers a maximum of 33 intensity levels, so adjust accordingly for a more effective muscle contraction experience.
9. Start slow and gradually increase the intensity as you get used to the sensation.
Train for 15 minutes at a time. The device will automatically stop after each session. To end a session early, hold down the M button. Remember to turn off the device when putting it on or taking it off. For optimal conductivity and comfort, remember to spritz water on the electrodes before wearing.
- For best results, we recommend using GYM IN A BOX 3-5 times a week for 15 minutes per session. The toning session will automatically end after 15 minutes.
- When hand-washing the Smart Apparel, be sure to remove the controllers first and hand wash with a mild detergent.
- Do not use a washing machine, as this may damage the integrated tech parts..
- Avoid twisting the fabric to remove excess water, as this may damage the product.
- Do not use bleach, dry cleaning, or dry heat when washing or drying the shirt.
- As the Smart Apparel contains plastic, keep it away from heat sources such as radiators.
- Do not iron the Smart Apparel.
