Once everything is properly set up, long press the on/off button for 2 seconds to turn on the power. From there, you can adjust the intensity with the "+" and "-" buttons and choose from 10 different toning modes by pressing the M button. It's important to start with lower intensities and work your way up gradually to get used to the sensation. With a total of 33 intensity levels, you can tailor your workout to your personal preferences.
After each session, the product will automatically turn off. If you need to stop midway, simply keep pressing the minute button until it shuts off. We recommend using the GYM IN A BOX Smart Muscle shirt at least once a day, five times a week for 15 minutes per session for the best results. And don't worry about maintenance, as the shirt can be hand washed with a mild detergent (just make sure to remove the controller first!).
For optimal comfort, we recommend using the shirt when relaxing at home. However, it can be used anytime and anywhere. Just be sure to avoid exposing it to heat, such as radiators, as it contains plastic. And finally, please do not iron the shirt.
