- All products are your responsibility until they are received by us, therefore we recommend that you use a secure and traceable shipping method. If we do not receive your returned product(s), you will need to file a claim with the postal service directly.

If you wish to return a product to GYM IN A BOX™ you have a 30-day Money Back Guarantee period, beginning on the day after you received your product, to return it, subject to the terms outlined here.

Please note, all products are your responsibility until they are received by us, therefore we recommend that you use a secure and traceable shipping method. All products returned to us for a refund must be returned at your own cost.
Do I have to pay to return a product?
Yes, the cost of returning products within the 30-day Money Back Guarantee period must be covered by you.

When will I receive my refund?
As soon as your returned product(s) are received by us, you will automatically be refunded, within 10 working days, to the method of payment used when you placed your order.
